1980 Lightweight/Airportable 1/2 Ton

We recommissioned this 1980 military Series III with chassis and bulkhead repairs, engine overhaul, new seats, hood and tyres. It passed an MOT, and then drove from us to Scotland to its new home

1989 Land Rover 90 200Tdi

Converting from hard top to soft top including split front doors, galvanized cappings along with leather covered dashboard

1954 Series 1

Recommissioning a family owned classic after it being stood for over 6 years

1992 Range Rover Classic Litchfield

Put a TVR Griffith 500 V8 engine in a Range Rover Classic and this is what you get.....

2005 Freelander 1.8 Turbo

We squeezed a K-series turbo engine into this Freelander and transformed it!

2006 Defender TD5 Upgrade

Conversion of complete but tired TD5 into a 4 seat luxury limo-barge including engine performance upgrade, leather seating and LED interior lighting

Servicing & Repairs

We are focused solely on Land Rovers so we can give yours the best service possible.

Keeping these vehicles going & working properly requires the knowledge, experience & passion of those who own & drive them. We have plenty of that between all us who work here.

Restorations
One of our specialties here at LPME is to fully restore Land Rovers of all kinds. This includes Range Rovers, Series as well as Defenders. From partial body / chassis all the way through to a full ground up project including body, engine & drive train. We are able to complete all jobs with quality workmanship, bringing your loved and cherished vehicle back to its former glory.

Welding
We have on-site welding facilities from general bulkhead and chassis welding, to quarter and half chassis, even aluminium welding. All welding jobs considered.

In House PaintShop
From a small touch up after a disagreement with tree to a full respray, we offer a specialist preparation & spray service from our trained staff and bodywork section.

Modifications

With over 30 years experience driving & working on Land Rovers we are qualified to improve and modify your vehicle. From converting Series Land Rovers with power steering to adding a winch. Happy to listen over a brew (our tea & coffee is pretty good) and give our considered advice.
